Very few Indian tractors get 55 HP out of 2900 cc and three cylinders. Most makers reach that power with four cylinders and more displacement. The 5310 is the tractor a farmer buys when he has decided the machine is a business asset and not a purchase. Everything about it is aimed at hours: the 5 year, 5000 hour warranty, the 68 litre tank that gets you through a full day of levelling without a diesel run, the dual PTO with an economy setting that lets a light implement run at 540 while the engine idles lower and burns less. Creeper speed is genuinely useful, and most rivals at this price do not offer it. Resale is the strongest in the segment.

The honesty: ₹10.48 lakh buys a great deal of tractor elsewhere. The Sonalika Tiger DI 55 CRDS is also 55 HP with common rail, costs ₹40,000 less at entry and carries a 4712 cc engine against the Deere's 2900 cc, so on a pure lugging test the Sonalika should win. Deere's 2000 kg lift is 200 kg short of what both Sonalikas offer. And the top of the range at ₹12.08 lakh is a lot of money for a 2WD tractor. If you farm twelve acres and hire out occasionally, this is more machine and more finance cost than the work justifies.
