Tractor registration and road tax rules in Haryana
Nil for agricultural use. Haryana Motor Vehicles Taxation Act 2016 s.16(1): 'Nothing in this Act shall apply to an agricultural tractor, agricultural trailer, agricultural harvester, agricultural power-tiller and other agricultural machinery.' Note that unlike Maharashtra, Haryana's exemption expressly covers the agricultural TRAILER too.
