The MF line on Aglist is tight — five listings, 28 to 46 HP, ₹5.65 to ₹8.05 lakh — and it is aimed squarely at the mid-size farmer who wants hydraulics that work. Lift capacity is where these tractors argue their case: 1700 kg on the 241 DI Maha Shakti and 245 DI, 1800 kg on the 7250 DI, all from three-cylinder engines under 2.8 litres. That is a good ratio, and it shows when you are lifting a wet cultivator out of a paddy field.
The 1035 DI at 36 HP is the old workhorse of the range and still sells to smaller holdings at ₹5.65 lakh. At the other end the 6028 4WD, a 28 HP three-cylinder mini, is the one people buy for coconut and areca gardens.
The catch is warranty. Most of the MF range runs 2 years or around 2000 hours, and the 6028 only 1 year. Against Mahindra's 6 years or John Deere's 5, that is a real gap in what you get for the money.
