Force Motors has been building vehicles in Pune since 1958, and its tractor line is a small part of a company better known for commercial vehicles and engines. That engineering background shows in the one tractor we list.

The Force Balwan 500 is a 50 HP four-cylinder of 2596 cc producing 43 PTO HP, with 1450 kg lift, priced ₹7.14 to ₹7.38 lakh and covered by a 3-year warranty. Four cylinders at under 2.6 litres is a high-revving, smooth layout rather than a low-speed lugger, and in practice that suits PTO work — thresher, rotavator, chaff cutter — better than it suits dragging a subsoiler through black cotton soil. The 43 PTO HP out of 50 rated is a respectable figure and puts it level with the Sonalika 745 Sikander.

Where it loses ground is hydraulics. 1450 kg of lift on a 50 HP tractor is below the class norm: Powertrac Euro 50 and Solis 5015 E both lift 2000 kg at similar money, and even the cheaper Indo Farm 3048 DI manages 1800 kg. If your work involves heavy mounted implements, that gap is the deciding factor.

Warranty at 3 years sits between Massey Ferguson's 2 and John Deere's 5. Dealer coverage for Force tractors is limited compared with the volume brands, so check locally.
