GreenSystem FHFPTO is John Deere India’s front hitch and front PTO attachment concept. It permits an approved front implement to work alongside a rear attachment. The product page also mentions PowerTech tractors; that is not proof that every existing tractor can accept the same retrofit kit. Obtain approval for the actual tractor serial number and intended implements.

The front equipment adds a second matching task

The Indian brochure identifies a wet-clutch front PTO, electrical actuation with a safety interlock, folding lower links and a front-hitch on/off valve. It advertises 1800 kg lift capacity without stating the measurement point. This is not an allowable weight for every front implement at every reach. Ask the dealer for the rated geometry, front-axle and tyre limits, and the permitted combined loading.

Demonstrate the complete front-and-rear combination

Compared with rear-only work, a combined pass can remove a separate operation only if both jobs need compatible speed, depth and field conditions. Inspect visibility, turning clearance and raised transport positions with the proposed combination. Confirm shaft speed, rotation direction and implement approval from the supplied manual; a front connection is not automatically interchangeable with a rear PTO. Have the interlock and transport valve demonstrated. Do not infer a fuel saving or doubled output from two attachments.
