Honda BPS25-7 Price November 2026

Honda BPS25-7 is the HI+ backpack sprayer with an onboard liquid tank and petrol-powered plunger pump. Its carrying layout matters for small plots and nursery work: the operator takes the liquid supply along instead of working from a stationary frame and a long supply arrangement. That convenience must be assessed against the weight carried after filling.

Tank capacity is not engine displacement

The official Indian leaflet lists a 20 L chemical tank, while the engine displacement is 25 cc. Do not interpret the model’s 25 as a 25 L spray tank. The leaflet gives 10 kg dry weight, a plunger pump with automatic centrifugal clutch and 7 L/min suction amount at 7000 rpm. The live page agrees on dry weight and engine displacement.

The four-stroke engine is listed at 0.7 kW net power at 7000 rpm, with a 0.58 L fuel tank. Fuel and spray-liquid tanks are separate capacities. The brochure’s pump oil entries are not a substitute for a service manual; have the supplier identify each fill point and its correct lubricant and quantity. No running time per tank is claimed here.

Check carrying load and actual application

Dry weight excludes the liquid being carried. As an illustration only, 20 L of clean water adds approximately 20 kg; fuel and any other included equipment add further mass. This is not a measured operating-weight claim or an instruction to fill fully. Ask the dealer to assess harness adjustment, lifting, controls and the intended fill level with the actual operator under the manual’s precautions.

Suction amount does not determine spray volume per hectare. Confirm the nozzle, pressure range and application method, and perform the appropriate clean-water calibration. The existing boom-sprayer guide explains why pump output and application rate differ, but its boom-width method is not automatically valid for a hand-held lance. A framed sprayer may suit work where carrying the liquid is impractical.

India price and handover

On 8 November 2026 Honda India’s homepage labelled ₹25,999 as MRP for BPS25-7, and the detail page displayed the same amount without an explicit tax statement beside it. This is an indicative national listing, not a delivered local or on-road price. Confirm tax inclusion, lance/nozzle contents, straps, servicing and freight before comparing offers.

Consider BPS25-7 when an onboard supply suits the plot and the operator can safely manage the confirmed working load.
