Jharkhand was carved out of Bihar and its s.4 is near-identical to Bihar s.4, including the produce-transport carve-out. Bihar's Act additionally provides the Rs 3,000 / Rs 5,000 tractor-trailer lump sum under s.7(7); whether Jharkhand carries an equivalent provision was NOT verified — its schedules could not be retrieved.
