Eight rasp bars on a 1270 mm drum give you threshing capacity to actually use the 14 ft header instead of crawling to keep the drum from choking. The 380 litre fuel tank supports a long day. Where it hurts is weight. At 9,150 kg this is the heaviest machine in the batch, and that shows up twice: in diesel, and in the low-loader bill every time you move states, because harvesting crews shift these hundreds of kilometres a season. The published 4.5 acre per hour figure is a best case in a clean standing crop, and a lodged field will not come close.
